Move It Or Lose It

“Move It or Lose It” sessions take place on Mondays from 2pm until 3pm, giving older adults the chance to improve fitness, mobility and wellbeing in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The class is suitable for all abilities and focuses on gentle movement and exercises aimed at helping people stay strong, flexible and independent, while also providing a great social opportunity to meet others in the community. The first class is completely free for anyone who wants to give it a go.

Overton Taekwondo are a family oriented WT style Taekwondo club based in the lovely village of Overton. Founded in 1997, the club has trained in various venues across Basingstoke, but we have never lost our connection to the village.

Overton Taekwondo is a member of British Taekwondo who are the governing body for World Taekwondo (WT) Taekwondo in the United Kingdom.

Our fees are £20 per month per student, and your first two sessions are free!
